Policies.

COVID Entry:

If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment, a note may be required for rescheduling. Upon arrival, please ensure your mask is covering your nose and mouth. Once you have entered the building, please head directly to the bathroom to wash your hands thoroughly, you may also remove any makeup during this time. Lastly, proceed to the waiting area to fill out any remaining forms and wait to be serviced by your provider.

Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. Please alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
3.
Late and Early Arrival/Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment if you have not completed your forms.

Please call ahead if you know you are going to be late.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

If you arrive late, extra time will not be added to your service to account for tardiness.

No full or partial refunds will be given for late, modified or canceled appointments.

A 24-hour notice must be provided in the event of a modification or cancelation.

Failure to cancel or modify within 24 hours will result in the loss of deposit. Repeatedly failing to cancel or modify in an adequate amount of time will result in a ban on future services.

No call, no shows will be charged the $50 for in order to rebook, more than one no call no show will result in being banned from future scheduling.
4.
Children/Guests and Pets

There are absolutely no children or pets allowed on the premises.

Guests are only permitted if they are receiving a service.
5.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required for ALL bookings. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you reschedule the deposit may NOT be used towards the new appointment.
6.
CONTACT POLICY:
We always try to respond in a timely manner, but under no circumstances are we obligated to communicate on Holiday's, scheduled vacation time, or even scheduled days off. All messages and appointment requests will be fulfilled the next available business day.
7.
FOREIGN FILLS
WE DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER ARTIST'S WORK.
If you do book an appointment with a previous artist's work on your lashes you will be charged an additional fee of $30 to transition.
